elementary is focused on design and the user experience; help us make it even better by contributing your design prowess.

We currently do a lot of our design work through deviantART, a free service for artists and designers. Visit #elementaryOS, the official deviantArt group, to see the current work. We encourage you to submit your own designs to that group. There is also #elementary-art, a less strict group that collects interesting elementary-inspired or relevant designs.

elementary designers are also encouraged to collaborate via Internet Relay Chat (IRC). You can find us in #elementary-design on irc.freenode.net. For more info about IRC, visit this article.
