How do I connect elementary OS Jupiter to a dial-up connection?

Forgive me if this is in the wrong category. I am trying to connect to a dial-up connection with Jupiter. It's for my grandparents (simple interface) and I'd really like to get this setup. I tried to follow the instructions at "http://elementaryos.org/support/answers/601" with "ppp pppconfig pppoeconf pptp-linux " in Terminal but the following error returns:

"No command 'ppp' found, but there are eighteen similar ones

ppp: command not found"

Honestly, I'm lost. I'm very familiar with computers but am somewhat new to Linux, especially when things don't go right (I like the challenge, though). I've search everything on the internet and couldn't find anything. Furthermore, I tried the command with "sudo". I knew it shouldn't make a difference if the command didn't exist, and I was right, but I thought I'd try.

I'm working with a Dell Inspiron B120 and Jupiter also doesn't support Wi-Fi on it. Any help would be more than greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Okay, how do I set up the dial-up? I'd assume I'd just connect the peripheral and enter some information but where and how? Thanks for helping a Newbie!

I never had to do this so I'm not sure, but see if this helps: https://help.ubuntu.com/community/DialupModemHowto
