Problem running .sh

Can "pantheon files" run .sh or .bin?
I cant run .sh files, i ve tried running with terminal and i get an error pemission denied, but ive already use the command chmod +x and ive check the permission to execute in the properties with "files"... ( I even tried installing and running it with nautilus and gnome-terminal)
There are also some apps like ubuntu-tweak that dont appear in slignshot menu ... ive to add it? or what can i do?
